What's new since spring

It's been a busy few months. Here are the biggest updates:

  • Ship your products anywhere. Sell shippable items online or at the counter, compare live carrier rates, buy labels through Shippo, and let customers track their package from their order page.
  • Delivery in your online store. Customers can shop deliverable items, check their zip code, and see your delivery fee before checkout. You can set fees by zip code and offer same-day delivery.
  • Deco tickets your way. Choose from seven ticket styles, including Classic and Large Print, with reference photos on every style.
  • Loyalty. Reward repeat customers with memberships and points in-app, online, and at the POS.
  • Easier wholesale payments. Bulk invoice payments, ACH, saved payment methods, and portal customers can now cancel upcoming orders themselves.

Shipping. Sell and ship your products anywhere, online or from the counter.

Local delivery online. Customers can now order delivery from your online store.

  • New Shipping in your online store — customers pick a carrier and service at checkout, with live rates and address checking
  • New Shipping orders in-app — take shippable orders at the counter or over the phone, and let customers choose shipping on payment requests
  • New Buy shipping labels through Shippo, one per box, with your choice of carrier and service
  • New Shipping tab under Orders — see every shipping order, its status, and whether a label has been bought
  • New Package tracking — a tracking timeline on each order, a tracking page for your customer, and automatic "shipped" and "delivered" emails
  • New Shipping Nexus report — shipping sales by destination state, net of refunds, exportable for your accountant
  • New Delivery in your online store — a Shop Delivery filter, "Deliverable" badges, delivery zip codes, and same-day delivery
  • New Delivery fees by zip code, plus a delivery charge importer
  • New Tax on delivery fees — choose which tax rates apply to the delivery charge at each location
  • New Seven deco ticket styles, including Classic, Classic Priced, and Table (Large Print)
  • New Reference photos print on every deco ticket style, with clean multi-page layouts
  • New Per-order tax exemption for customers who need both taxed and untaxed orders
  • New Wholesale Portal — customers can cancel an upcoming order before it locks
  • New PIN mode option to require a PIN before switching functions
  • Improved Saved addresses fill in automatically for logged-in online customers
  • Improved Deco tickets now show the fulfilling location
  • Improved Tax exemption changes are recorded in order history
  • Improved Managers can exit PIN mode with their own PIN
  • Improved Filter orders by the date they were placed
  • Improved Customers are told when a seasonal item pushes out their ship date
  • Fixed SMS opt-outs are now honored for every phone number, including non-customers

August 2026

  • New Template unit names — build products from "cupcakes" or "grams" instead of "layers," and see those units in the flavor report
  • New Apply a discount to a specific item during order taking
  • New Decoration notes appear automatically when a decoration is added
  • New Ready Status filter on the order list
  • Improved Ordered Items report — filter by item, category, and subcategory
  • Improved Discount report — filter by loyalty and discount-group discounts
  • Improved Same-day USB printing works with any ESC/POS receipt printer

July 2026
